The Lomax Sisters

The Lomax Sisters musical journey was birthed in home October of 1968 at  Queen’s Chapel United Methodist Church, their church. From  childhood, Sharon, Valda, Dorothea, and Lolethia were nurtured by a family  that valued music, especially their parents, William Edward and the late  Shirley Lomax.  

Although 50, sometimes tumultuous Octobers have passed, the sisters stand more committed today than ever to sharing God’s word to a world distracted by life’s challenges and uncertainties. Indeed, as audiences  experience the music ministry of The Lomax Sisters, they find themselves  being ushered into a spiritual space overflowing with love, peace, joy, hope,  and inspiration. The sisters released their first EP, “The Prelude”, on December 1, 2018 and can be purchased on cdbaby.com and streamed on all major platforms.
